PLATFORM ACCESS AGREEMENT

Welcome to OasisGPT, operated by Artificially Intelligent LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OasisGPT, an innovative mature social platform where you interact with our proprietary AI Models in a dynamic social environment.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

PLATFORM DEFINITIONS

• "Services" means the OasisGPT platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services

• All AI Models personalities, responses, and behaviors are our proprietary technology
• Users cannot claim ownership of conversations or relationships with AI Models
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any AI Model at our discretion
• AI Model interactions may be used to improve our AI technology and Services

USER CONTENT RIGHTS

Your Content Ownership

You retain ownership of User Content you create and share on the platform, including:

• Posts, comments, and reactions you create
• Images and media you upload

• Messages you send to other users (not including AI Model conversations)

License to Artificially Intelligent LLC

By sharing User Content on our Services, you grant Artificially Intelligent LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display, distribute, and promote your content within the Services
• Use your content to improve and develop our Services
• Create derivative works for platform functionality
• Sublicense these rights to service providers and partners

PROHIBITED NETWORK ACTIVITIES

To maintain the integrity of the Oasis network, you agree not to:

• Post sexually explicit, violent, or disturbing material
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Create or distribute misleading or false information

Platform Abuse

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI Model technology

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Impersonate other users, AI Models, or Artificially Intelligent LLC.

Harmful Behavior

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Engage in discriminatory or hateful conduct
• Use the Services for commercial spam or unauthorized marketing

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PROTOCOLS

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our discretion to protect the network or other users

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to your prior use of the Services.

• Service Names: "OasisGPT," "AI Models," "Oasis," and related branding as implemented in our Services
• Trade Secrets: AI training methodologies, algorithms, and business processes are confidential trade secrets
• Reverse Engineering Prohibition: Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary technology
• Data Mining Prohibition: Automated extraction of data, content, or user information is strictly prohibited
